Three sizes, from 150 litres per hour up to 800 litres per hour, every one built to order. We work with you to design a system optimised to reach or exceed your water quality and volume requirements.
Pre-filtration and RO membranes specified for your incoming water and output target
Pre-filter change volumes calculated for your system at design stage
Augmented V16 M BPC DIS FM control system, which runs:
Flow meter recording every litre produced
Automatic membrane flush
Fill valve and level switch, shutting down when your tank is full (with a membrane flush before the supply closes)
DI Saver valves that keep poor-quality water away from DI resin
Booster pump where your supply pressure needs it

No VAT is charged. Installation labour is included, provided your water supply is suitable (see below). Travel for delivery and installation is charged on top.
Your water supply matters. Output depends on your incoming water pressure and flow volume. A booster pump adds pressure, but it cannot make up for low flow volume from a small-bore water main. We assess your supply before we quote.
If your water main turns out not to be suitable on installation day, a further visit and installation are charged at our standard rates once it has been put right. If you cancel instead, we keep a non-refundable £1,000 or 10% of the system price, whichever is greater. You must also make sure we can turn off your water supply while we connect the system to your mains.
Delivery and installation: anywhere in mainland UK, including Scotland. Travel is charged as time on the road at £135 per hour, one way, from our base in Essex. There is no mileage charge. Sites more than 175 miles away carry an extra £150 for an overnight stay.

Water sources we treat
Mains (tap) water: removing chlorine, chloramine, nitrates, phosphates, hardness and other dissolved solids.
Borehole and well water: systems designed around a laboratory analysis of your supply, with pre-filtration matched to what’s in it. Where the water is used for drinking, we can advise on testing and work alongside your local authority.
Brackish water and seawater: desalination systems using membranes and pumps rated for the feed water’s salinity.
What the water is for
Drinking water: purified water for homes, businesses and sites without a reliable mains supply, with minerals added back after purification and UV sterilisation. Every drinking water system comes with a service schedule book and guidance on service intervals.
Aquatics: RO and RO/DI water for display systems, holding tanks and resale.
Industry: process water, laboratories, rinsing, food and drink production, and boiler and humidifier feed.
Every system is designed around a water test and built to order.
