Pre-filter cartridges, lab tests and travel (time on the road at £135 per hour, one way) are charged per visit. Extra visits and call-outs are charged at £135 per hour.
Service visits are booked with an average lead time of 2–3 weeks.
Pre-filters are changed by volume, so a busy system may need a change between scheduled visits. We’ll tell you when one is due, and keeping to the change volumes keeps your warranty valid.
